ESPN + Strikes Deal With UFC

UFC Fans will find content on a new home in 2019 as the combat sport will be seen on the ESPN direct to consumer option, ESPN +. The service which costs $5.00 per month will have 15 live UFC events during the run of the deal. Deadline reports that In addition to live, exclusive events, the lineup of UFC content available to ESPN+ subscribers will include new seasons of Dana White’s Contender Series; a new original, all-access series produced by IMG Original Content; archive programming and UFC content like “countdown” shows, weigh-ins, etc.

The UFC’s premier PPV content will also be available for purchase through ESPN + for a separate fee.

ESPN + which will be home to lots of Hockey and Soccer coverage offers live MLB games and a number of other sports options along with the full catalog of the ESPN 30 for 30 docuseries. As other sports organizations follow suit with UFC interest in ESPN + is sure to grow.
