New Original dramas coming to Amazon

Amazon has announced two new original entries for December. To start off the month Prime video subscribers will be able to jump into a biographical drama adapted from a radio show heard nationally on NPR, This American Life. The movie, Crown Heights is the story of Carl King a friend of a person who is wrongfully convicted of murder.

Historical drama, The Last Post features a Brittish military unit and their families taking place in 1960’s era Yemen and will drop on to the service December 22. The drama will be a six-part affair which should give the writers long enough to tell a full story in the BBC tradition. Let’s hope it has a full beginning and an end.
