It is an offer from Spectrum to its customers that just might keep them around or bring some back. Here is how it works. Spectrum TV Choice starts by offering the customer the major broadcast networks ABC, FOX, NBC, CW, CBS and PBS as well as the rest of the digital broadcast spectrum and public channels like C-Span and others. You start with that as a base then add 10 cable channels of your choice. All of this for a starting price of $24.00 (Price reflects fee for broadcast retransmission) plus the cost for local and state taxes. The real cost probably comes to about $30.00-$35.00. Special note Spectrum TV Choice is often confused with similar Charter program Spectrum TV Stream. For a full guide on Spectrum TV Stream click Here
For additional fees, customers can add other features like DVR and premium TV channels.

Users can get all of their premium channels with Spectrum TV Choice. HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Starz, Starz Encore, EPIX. Each service can be added for 7.50 apiece or they can add 5 services for $15.00.
Premium Package
HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Starz, Starz Encore
The catch is that instead of receiving the channels themselves the user would get access to the TV Everywhere apps that correspond to the services. That means users will get HBO Go etc. They will not be able to navigate to the premium services within the app or use a grid to see what it on a given channel. Not use DVR for those channels. This also means that user would not be able to watch all of their premium channels live, though some do offer live feeds as part of their apps.
