Netflix will be home to a new Madea movie helmed by Tyler Perry. A Madea Homecoming will bring the beloved character out of retirement and on to the leading streaming network for all the world to see.
The 2019 Lionsgate feature, A Madea Family Funeral, was originally planned to be the last appearance of the iconic character which is played by Tyler Perry himself. You just can’t keep a good woman, who is actually a man down.
The movie will drop in 2022.
