The Big Ten Network Launches On Sling TV

The college football season has been churning for about a month now but one major cog in the college sports landscape has been missing until this weekend. With Ohio State kicking off against Nebraska the Big Ten will make its return to college football after flirting with the idea of having a season in the spring due to the pandemic. To coincide with the beginning of the Big Ten Football season The Big Ten Network (BTN) will launch on SLING TV today.

As the Big Ten action kicks off this weekend, fans can sign up for BTN in their SLING Blue subscription by adding Sports Extra for just $40 per month (SLING Blue, $30/mo. + Sports Extra, $10/mo.). SLING TV is one of the most affordable ways to get BTN, and those new to SLING TV can try it out with a three-day free trial.

As for what is available on BTN this weekend games include:

Friday, Oct. 23

  • Illinois at #14 Wisconsin at 8 p.m. ET

Saturday, Oct. 24
